Agree with the second sentence. I do also agree that most Africans have a lower iq due to their natural environment, and that alone takes a lot of time to correct. So of course most won't get to the IQ level of a westerner, will probably never reach it in their lifetime. If i am correct with correlating proper homes to a higher yearly income, this statement is false. niagaraids even when raised in households that make 100k> yearly still commit massive amounts of crime even when compared to a white person making 20k a year. I may be wrong with correlating income with functional households, but to me i see a correlation between the two
