They straight up recognize "gene-enivornment" correlations, where are person with a high Iq gene is put into an environment where this high Iq gene is fostered, developing and improving Iq. This may account for about 30% of total Iq. Iq does becomes more genetic as you age, but that may be explained by the gene-environment correlation as well.
And IQ is meaningless if it can't be expressed in a proper environment.
So, no, this study does not support race realism.

The average african-america iq is only higher due to the inability for the lowest iqs to survive in the developed world, only leaving the "smarter" ones. Along with this, only 15% percent of African-Americans have an iq above 100, while the white man has an average of 100+. There is no reason to deal with the low iq bs of the mass majority of blacks in order to foster a person with the same iq as the average joe.
@Olgol: Iq differences also have to do with the bone structure of the different races, which is genetic. As Africans have a smaller frontal lobe, they have less capacity for characteristics that correlate with a higher iq

Agree with the second sentence. I do also agree that most Africans have a lower iq due to their natural environment, and that alone takes a lot of time to correct. So of course most won't get to the IQ level of a westerner, will probably never reach it in their lifetime. But future ferrets who are raised in proper homes and not dysfunctional raisinholes will integrate well with modern society. There are some genuinely smart black people out there, and it mostly has to do with the way they were raised. There are also some really specialed white people. Where I live there are a lot of violent and materialistic adolescents who only vape and drive all day. A good majority of them are white. That being said, all of them have dysfunctional families. I see no reason for the average noon to not have the same issues.

What would (and it does) make the difference significant is Gang-culture, basically ferrets who haven't moved on. Those are actually dumber on average. But so is the average stoner family. A good portion of Western society is built on colonialism and slavery. So I guess its a mutual relationship where both use and abuse each other, which is unfortunate. the main point is, there will be no white culture and people if nationalist and "racist" actions are not taken. If i am correct with correlating proper homes to a higher yearly income, this statement is false. niagaraids even when raised in households that make 100k> yearly still commit massive amounts of crime even when compared to a white person making 20k a year. I may be wrong with correlating income with functional households, but to me i see a correlation between the two

Better living conditions obviously dont affect intelligence and the only reason there is a correlation between the two is due to the fact that only a higher iq person can make these better living conditions for themselves
