The thing is, there were two factors that made them get negged. The first one is, Serbia lost momentum and it probably would've ended in disaster (for everyone) if NATO didnt jump in and make all of them jump into an agreement. They still made Serbia cuck down even if struggled with Serbia.

The Croats only united because Serb Krajina was formed, croatia still supported their separatists who held territory in bosnia. And saying serbia "cucked" because of this agreement is just cope, republika srpska is an absolute burden on bosnia, it is a militarily trained and nationalistic place where most men are of fighting age and loyal to the government in belgrade. Just like russia with chechnya & dagestan, sarajevo just won't be able to keep its grip on it forever.

That wouldn't matter, the alliance in the first place is what formed resulting in building of character for both countries.
