I would say modern physics is pretty much entirely Europeans and Jews. Physics before newton is very rudimentary. Indians and Chinese deserve some credit for independent discoveries of many Greek concepts, but if you go into pure math you will almost entirely hear either Greek names or names of European Gentiles from 1600-1950. Islamic mathematics is in my opinion rather overstated and mostly relies on formatting improvements and the adoption of Greek and Hindu traditions, and among Islamic mathematicians you will find largely Persians or other Iranic peoples, not Arabs.
