I found the esurance ad to be funnier, there are references to the original show but it's not as blatant as in the Popcorners ad and Breaking Bad is better suited to advertising something related to health insurance anyway

Breaking Bad isn't a terrible show but I don't think it's an amazing masterpiece either. Fanbase is also full of Redditors with the worst takes possible (yes, Jane did deserve to die and Walter did nothing wrong, no, Skylar isn't some sort of underrated character you should feel bad for she's an annoying harlot, yes, Fly was a terrible episode and if you enjoy it you should feel bad)
