"Jew" in the New Testament means "judean" while "gentile" means "nations". There were White, Adamic people who had not hward the word of God yet, like Japethites and Romans.

Adam was a White man, his name literally means 'head blood' or 'red face', his descendants were chosen by God. Jesus and His apostles were 'born from above' meaning they were made by God. The Pharisees (jews) and other races are 'born from below', meaning the serpent created them. Jesus calls a Canaanite woman a dog for this reason, and she is not offered conversion.
