With @cobblestone's proposal to remove every referendum enforced rule, babyjak 'p has been allowed again. This caused a surge of babyjak pornography to be posted. Additionally the previous referendum to ban babyjak pornography was too vague, and still led to people putting clothing on the babyjaks, dayepiections of which whom were sexualized at first. These kind of incidents, will be a thing of the past with this referendum. We do not use this website just to get cucked by legalism. I have written an elaborate explanation regarding this rule, and made sure to prevent any incident resembling the sexualization of minors in the future.

The terms are as follows in the indented text:

You will not purposefully post babyjaks or perceived minors, with the goal of making it look like it was sexualized at first glance. Things included as sexual, including but not limited to:
Making babyjak extremely fat with multiple fatrolls, is fetishization.
Putting on clothing like skirts, bikini's or lingerie as to sexualize him, too.
Creating other variants, as to look like babyjaks, and sexualizing them, is also not allowed.
Making a POV meme with a sexualized babyjak as the first person perspective, will also not be allowed.

At the moment, to remove this rule incase for re-clarification, EVERY SINGLE SENATOR but one has to agree to the change, which is a 6/7 at the moment, or anything equal to 0.857/1, 6/7 or 85.7/100.
Additionally, to remove this rule incase for re-clarification, a specific referendum has to be hosted, with the title "Unban baby soyjak porn?" and will need 100 votes and 80% in favor. These polls have to be non-anonymous.
Regarding the senators, the senators can simply vote among themselves to remove this rule ONLY to re-clarify it, without a people's referendum. However, the purpose of the rule still has to remain, which is to prevent and restrict sexual content regarding babyjaks. This is due to the amount of referendum votes needed to remove this rule.
Also for Olgol's crimes for defending babyjak porn with tooth nail, he must wear a badge that says "proud antivaxxer", along with "serbian nationalist" forever, this cannot be removed by hiding it from the settings, or any other future user modifications. The senator "Hate" will decide how these badges will look like.
Words like "nusoicaca" will not be regarded as a reference to a child unless specified, as it does not specifically imply minors. This has to be decided among the senate.
