Referrendum to Remove Rule 14

So a lot of people ended up getting banned over this stupid rule that was created in response to ONE USER and should have never been allowed in the first place
IF THIS POLL PASSES, THE FOLLOWING WILL HAPPEN:
"Rule 14. Do not post videos/images of real human feces. (This includes, but is not limited to, content showing people eating, touching, playing with, or otherwise interacting with human feces, as well as images or videos of feces smeared on objects (such as computer screens): Permanent)" WILL BE REMOVED
