This is a poll made as a formality towards a friend. I am unaware of why he was removed from the senate, however I believe that he should be given the chance to be a representative considering he did acquire the most votes. Even if you don't believe in his views, I do think that considering many users did vote for him, you should do the service of the people to have him return

I was robbed, and lied to. You have all been robbed and lied to.
It wasn´t even about "understanding my own job" like @nobaldi loves to lie about. Itś just giant strawman. @custard demoted me, because I kept running my mouth about how he changed his mind post-election regarding what senators are allowed to do (regarding if they would have have 1/7 voting power on all referendums). Senators were supposed to be voting upon issues within their OWN, and approve / deny them regardless of voting percentages, both the person who made the referendum to add the senate and mustard agreed upon this, and gave people the idea that such will happen. This is a false promise, a break of trust, dishonesty, and tyranny.
He and muscular_engineer said before the election finished, that they wanted a republican representative democracy. A senator is voted in, and they will act on behalf of the people, and are democratically elected. This is the system he himself promised the people, but changed post-election. Anyone who says he did think this, is mistaken, why would he say "I changed my mind", well what did he have in his mind before he decided to remove the power to approve referendums under 75% percent. Muscular_engineer says it is a formality, and @cobblestone agreed eventually as well. If an incredibly unpopular vote is passed, then the impeachment vote is still available.
Not even CLOSE to making me "an admin" like people say, it's literally him approving a referendum that does NOT exist, and neither was it implied or agreed upon by @muscular_engineer. This isn't about my permissions or anything, it is about simplifying the referendum process. 100 votes and 75% in favor is needed to get a single vote approved, and we just added this feature because people are too stupid to make referendums properly with clarification. He changed the referendum undemocraticly, post-election, then demoted me without impeachment, all because I said some mean words. Might as well remove the senator and referendums.
It is also mysterious how @muscular_engineer first agreeing with me, and being confused by moderators saying it is not the senate that decides, then suddenly switching up on me after mustard demotes me. But this is just a random observation I should just 100% ignore.
