In order to combat the abuse of non-Soysphere "cordxister" votes by CobsonTALKs in his attempt to rig the election, the House Un-Soybooru Activities Committee shall be formed.The HUAC shall have the ability to investigate users' involvement in CobsonTALKS election rigging activities. It shall announce each investigation in a thread made for that purpose and alert the investigated user to their status. Investigations shall last one week, to allow all evidence to be properly gathered. Users under investigation by the HUAC shall not participate in elections, referendums, or other soylitical activities for the duration of the investigation. Investigated users whote violate this injunction shall be forum banned for one week to prevent them from interfering with the HUAC.The HUAC shall decide all actions by a majority vote among its members.If an investigated user is determined to have tried to rig the election for CobsonTALKs by the HUAC, they shall be prohibited from voting in future elections.Any Soybooru user meeting the following criteria may apply to be a member of the House Un-Soybooru Activities Committee:1. Current senators cannot join the HUAC, in order to prevent any sort of manipulation or interference.2. Members of the HUAC must not have voted for CobsonTALKs or candidates endorsed by him (e.g. RUPAC).3.
