Muscularism is a soydeology which supports the development of soysphere culture through shit-flinging, copypastas, slopjaks, spamming, and so on. It supports swag and cancer culture and is generally permissive of antics.
I will make no illusions that as a senator I will have high standards for referendums. As we have seen recently, rushed and poor quality referendums can cause a lot of trouble. That doesn't necessarily mean that I support whatever you want to ban, but rather that I think the consequences of the ban would outweigh the benefits. Referendums should creatively solve a problem and be well-written. Take the creation of the senate as inspiration: we solved a problem with low quality referendums in a way that will cause a lot of funny events to occur.
Some issues I'd like to address as a senator:
Shitposting: It's a cornerstone of 'booru culture.
- Re-allowing archival and catty flooding with a new "stacked posts" feature that is currently under development.
- Removing the poop ban because it has many problems e.g. it technically bans most slopjaks.
Boorum changes: Make The Boorum Great Again.
- Re-allowing forum spam on the General board.
- Addressing bugs with users randomly not being able to post attachments on the forum.
Anonymous rights: Chud1 has said a lot of funny things in the past, but he has trouble posting right now.
- Decreasing the amount of captchas on anonymous users so they can more easily comment on the gallery
- Possibly allowing anonymous users in the forums (although probably not able to upload attachments)

That one is more hypothetical but Chud1 says funny shit sometimes, also, sometimes people want to log out to say something, so there could be some value to it. Obviously they can't post attachments since that would bypass the approval process and possibly allow illegal things to be uploaded, but perhaps they could be allowed in the general forum with no attachment permissions.Do not let anonymous people in the forums nigga

I used to shitpost that they should add a forum board where spam and anons are allowed called /nazbol/.maybe instead of anons being able to post in every single subforum they should get a forum for themselves
Now obviously it wouldn't actually be called /nazbol/, but if a new board like that was created and anons were only allowed there, it would address the problems.

As much as I enjoyed cattywiping something had to be done about it especially when cobson_hwabag was basically making the log unusable with constant wipes.
