Rule 17: No commenting or posting past midnight:
- Commenting between 2 AM - 4 AM UTC -> Delete -> 1 day -> 3 days -> 1 week -> 1 month -> perma
- Posting between 2 AM - 4 AM UTC -> Permanent
- Exception: Commenting or posting between 2:45 AM - 2:50 AM -> Do nothing
- NO retroactive rule applications (i.e a new ban won't let you delete old posts, or ban someone for something they did before the rule)
- referendums MUST be anonymous
- after a poll reaches 100 votes, it is closed and tallied 24 hours later
- polls must NOT have expiry times
- if a poll fails, it has a 2 week cooldown period before it can be recreated
- if a referendum is edited after being opened, it is disqualified
