polls are coming to the booru and i have an idea, if a poll:
then that change will be implemented to the the ruleset and jannies have to follow it. this is essentially a way for the voice of the userbase to be heard. thoughts?
- gets 100 or more votes
- has a 75% majority
- adds, removes, or amends a properly formatted rule
- NO retroactive rule applications (i.e a new ban won't let you delete old posts, or ban someone for something they did before the rule)
- referendums MUST be anonymous
- after a poll reaches 100 votes, it is considered closed and tallied 24 hours later
then that change will be implemented to the the ruleset and jannies have to follow it. this is essentially a way for the voice of the userbase to be heard. thoughts?

if the referendums were to become a thing, i wont allow them to apply retroactively, so they can't affect old posts, old users, etc
