Subject: If the site is against it now, why does the legacy content remain? Me and my beloved kvrdbro @CIYAGER88 have been discussing this offsite and were both mad at the fact this shit isnt deleted.
I’m making this thread because I think it’s time we have a serious conversation about the site's history and its current standards.
As many of the newer users likely don’t know, there was a time prior to early 2024 when the 'ru allowed soylita. That changed when the rules were updated, and today, posting that kind of material results in a permaban.
This brings up a significant inconsistency. If the administration and the community have taken a firm stance against this content to the point of permabanning users who post it now, why does the legacy content from before the rule change still exist in the archives?
If this site truly cares about moving away from that past and enforcing a strict standard against such material, leaving the old content up feels like a major oversight. It contradicts the current rules and the message the site claims to stand for. Why hasn't there been a full purge of this content?
If we are supposedly a community that has moved past that pedotroon shit, we shouldn't be hosting the history of it either. I’d like to hear what others think should this legacy content be purged to align with our current rules. Tired of hearing this archival bullshit, it's literally 'lita. here is an example i found:
if you agree with removing this shit and react with
if your a pedonigger and want it to stay. and here are some screenshots of 2 admins and a mod refusing to remove this shit as proof: Log in to reply to this thread.
