A radical addition, bringing the democratic will of the booru's many communities, each community will have a representative.
These representatives will be invited into a private group, they will be able to suggest new features and suggest global referrendums to be held on the Boorum. If a 55% majority (11) of all representatives agree on an addition / rule change / referrendum / literally anything else it will become a feature unless veto'd by me. I will try not to do that often.
When you are selected as a representative, you VILL do your best to better the situation and representation of your community within the booru and SOYSPHERE as a whole. At least for the next... 4 days.
Now, we could do elections, but who has all that time for so much LARP?
If a council member resigns, the admin may assign another user to the seat, representatives can suggest new seats into the council through votes.
As a council member, you can literally attempt to pass any law you may see fit if enough other members agree with you, however it still has to go through me.

DM council members to become their advisor, as an advisor you will make OC tied to their party and become an integral part of their quest to represent their people better on the booru. You will also receive a pretty lime name color.
