I'd probably start with a taste test where I'd bite all of the fingers off, there's not a lot of fat in those fingers unless he's morbidly obese. I honestly would probably lightly fry them in an air fryer and try one raw without seasoning just to see how a mexican tastes like. I personally never had mexican, but I'm willing to give it a go. If he genuinely tastes good I'd like to get a loin of him roasted en sous vide with aromatic rosemary and garlic before being seared at a high temperature... I'd love to see @MexiaryanGeronto's juicy ruby-red centre. God, just thinking about it is making me salivate.

I do like myself some lean pieces of meat, not too much fat as it would spoil the flavour. I do not trust @MexiaryanGeronto's diet to provide a very appetising taste in his fat.Flavor is in fat tho
