I've edited regedit, I've cleared my cache, I've cleared my download list, I've used chkdsk and sfc, I've disabled real-time protection, but nothing has fixed it.

My computer has been having issues. Whenever I go to download something (like an image, .pds slopjak file, etc.) it says "Virus scan failed".
This might've been caused by a virus attempting to fuck up my computer but I haven't found anything suspicious. I checked my system files for damaged/corrupted files (and found some) but I still had issues with downloading. Sometimes if I tried to post / import an image it would say something like "handle not found" or some retarded shit like that.
I really don't want to uninstall my browser or anything like that. All of this started about 2 days ago.
Does anyone know what to do?
