If you couldn't possibly be guilty of what you're banned for, the person we banned probably had a dynamic IP address and so do you.
Sectionalism: @jewishautismaward78: Halloween is a holiday of a dead country. It had its golden age when suburbs were almost entirely the domain of young families. Unmarried young people still lived with their parents or lived in cities, old people lived in the small towns typical of the bygone era they grew up in. Undesirables were barred from suburban life, and couples without children were uncommon. Everything lines up well for trick-or-treating to be a mutually beneficial tradition for the whole neighborhood. In the past few decades there have been more and more childfrees moving into the 'burbs (including retirees) who would rather hide from the fake monsters on halloween so they don't have to give out candy. Parents are concerned about their children being in danger while trick-or-treating, and are more hawkish over their kids in general (lower trust society). Candy is less of a rare treat for kids now, who are getting obese and fat, as well.
@jewishautismaward78: that sounds like a lot
