It's a coalish high-effort gem, but you've made better before I'd suggest tracing over the jaks after editing them on or lowering the brush size so that the linework is consistent. Also you could try removing the outlines from the background so that the chud (or whatever you'll be drawing next) stands out more.

And yeah tracing the outline helps make the antialiased vs alias difference less noticeable but I only did it partially for this one.
