Neil Price is a minority opinion and provides very little evidence for his claims of a sexual aspect of Seidr. It is pure speculation just like other dumbassery that archaeologists have pursued like the idea that the oracle of Delphi must have been high.
I'm not even going to bother reading some raisinhead student's masters thesis available at "Vikings are homosexual" podcast. Do you have any actual textual evidence that Odin ever engaged in such homosexual acts, or will you keep relying on borderline schizophrenic ramblings of greedy person academics who seek to get their books more publicity?
