You implement just one single item from the list and the quality of this site jumps 500% instantly. You implement just the item #4 and the 'ru is fixed forever.

I'm not even mentioning the fact that booru ran for a week with posts being auto-approved by default and nothing significant happened, thus negating the need for jannies to ever exist.
