@Chud: Kakashi's sharingan is always on as that's how it was when Obito gave it to him. He covers it all the time to avoid wasting chakra as using sharingan drains chakra. Only an uchiha can turn on or off a sharingan, that's why Kakashi's sharingan is always on, because he's not an uchiha and he can't turn it off
