I just realized something that makes this video kind of coally. A real ugly person wouldn't refer to themselves as a ugly person. They used to, but they realized like three years ago or so that they need some sort of slur to make people see them as a "marginalized group" and not freaks of nature. Thus, they transformed "ugly person" from a common piece of slang that everyone, including ugly people themselves, used into a slur.
