Ukraine has a never ending supply of cannon fodder, supported by the latest military intelligence of NATO and endless resupplies of advanced western ammunition and weaponry.
Russia has a completely nonfunctional army, plagued by corruption, internal rivalry and a failing system of logistics. There's no way they can outsustain Ukraine with the current level of losses.
