Tsmt. ze history of humanity only had 6000 years since Adam and Eve.
Longer than that THOUGH :though: there were humans before Adam and eve according to ze Bible. In Genesis 4:16–17 cain finds a wife and builds a city he names after his son, that would mean he met someone far away from Adam and Eve, and not only that, he also worried someone would kill him in. Genesis 4:14. Meaning there were humans before them

cain came after adam
They probably had to commit incest in order to reproduce or something

I think cain was born to ze serpents affair with eve and how she first partook of ze fruit of ze womb. So there's genetic variety but more likely ze genome just hadn't mutated to ze exponentially vitriolic state it is if you were to mate with family today.
