this one is in the original resolution, with a transparent background, with no anti-aliasing, and with a better black-and-white threshold [than other templates] for the stubble and the other parts that were aliased in the original copy. the right shoulder is also less mangled than in any of the other templates based on the one and only #390, with own work used as reference and a big thank you to Zonky for honoring my request
