By the way, I know it's obvious, but just because a post requires a lot of effort doesn't automatically make it a gem; it has to be funny first and then visually appealing. There are many high-effort posts that are soulless coal or iron, and there are many low-effort posts that are gems. The existence of one does not invalidate the other or automatically transform the other into garbage. There is room for posts that are purely visually appealing with soyjaks included there and there's also room for low-effort posts that are funny. Getting rid of low-effort soyjaks would literally kill the site they are literally THE soykuthur.
