I'm actually surprised that you guys make oc of it because I thought this variant looks off

Try to observe how other variants look like and how their important parts (stubble, eyes, mouth, etc.) were drawn. Try to use different brush sizes (and don't make it too small, that was my common mistake on my early posts). Don't be afraid to add some details from yourself, not just tracing everything from original. If the original image doesn't have glasses you can put them as a png and trace them too (if you struggle with drawing glasses)
