@Olgol: yes, yes, of course their is outliers, as with any case. But most likely those with a natural imbalance of estrogen to t will show natural physical effects.
For example, irl i have 3 ugly person mtf friends, 2 of which have told me they were groomed previously and one who claimed to me that he hath felt such a way since he was little. The most feminine of the bunch being my third friend, the non-groomed one. Now of course, my personal experience isnt everyones, but it is noticeable that my claim is observable in nature

"Outside influences" are a nebulous concept. Genitalia (male or female) are determined 7-8 weeks after conception, and are susceptible to outside influences. Not all outside influences are the result of grooming.
