@Chud: Not really since it isn't contractual but in a process of physical removal, employers can turn you down from jobs if you don't sign the contract and people from communities selling their private property want to protect the community by selling it to people who have signed the contract . In this comment also i said about true justice for the victim though the punishment for the crime has to be equal to the damage that the criminal did to the victim
