@Virilis: haxe doesnt seem that hard (it looks a bit like c#) so i could do it
its an asset change so i dont think it would even require coding at all

If it's for putting it in the game itself, I don't think I can since there are no animated gifs used in the game's files (assets here: https://www.spriters-resource.com/pc_computer/papersplease/asset/64634/)
But if it's just for a short animation, then yeah, I can create the animation.
