@PinkStew: I'm talking about SS14. On Sunrise build servers, the nuclear operative looks approximately like this. And the "gamma" code is in russian because I took it from a russian server.

On a server that has the same gamma code text, you can RP as a failed painter from Austria (Depending on which moderator is online)

@PinkStew: SS14 isn't a single server. Each server has its own rules. For the most part, yes, you're right. But there are exceptions. On Russian servers, it usually depends on who's moderating at a specific time. As for English servers, I don't know.
