Most of the texts in the New Testament go back to either Paul, Council of Nicaea or whatever other people who we have no clue who they are and where they come from. I can't trust the Bible because it's written by many authors throughout many years and there is no way to prove or verify what comes from who because most of the authors are anonymous and unfortunately, there are a ton of missing links. Meanwhile what about the Qur'an and Hadith? The Scholars rely on these two sources because they can confirm how both of these were transmitted. The Qur'an was memorized by thousands at the time of its Revelation and there are living parts of the chain with their own biographies, places on the historical timeline and all of that has been scrutinized countless times.
