Imo Deontology, Natural Law and Virtue ethics automatically condemn Loli 'p, which is why it's easy to argue from them. But, most Lolicons are consequentialists, so you'd have to prove that consuming such content causes bad outcomes.
The most popular consequentialist ethical system is undoubtedly Utilitarianism.
If its shown that consuming Loli 'p increases child SA incidence rate, then you'd just have to argue that the trauma the child would experience is of greater importance than the satisfaction of some branoon. I'd personally argue that just 1 experience of trauma (from the child's perspective) outweighs 109 branoons being satisfied (tho Im not a utilitarian and I take it that the difference is actually qualitative, not just quantitative).
I think most studies can't investigate whether or not loli 'p consumption increases child SA incidence rates for ethical and legal reasons. Thus most studies looking into it will be underpowered, or be online-polls (highly unreliable). Perhaps I will come back to this thread and cite some sources that are important for settling this matter.
