BlackedRed's horse? Well it seems to me that BlackedRed likes things that he perceives as very bright, almost blinding. But "perceives" is doing the heavy lifting here, since to me personally, this horse is just a really dark shade of brown. That means that BlackedRed's eyes are used to being in darkness, and as we know, BlackedRed likes to be in places where he can camouflage himself with the environment. This means that BlackedRed is darker than his horse.
