The only reason Joker has never been executed is because of insanity plea, and this is perfectly in line with how actual New Jersey law operates. Bane? Hes a foreign terrorist with a small country at his back and is practically bullet proof, he might even survive an electric chair, depending on how you scale him. Deathstroke? Too valuable of an asset to the US government and Amanda Waller to execute, and he has the league of shadows at his back, especially after marrying Lady Shiva. Ra's al ghul? He literally cannot die as his league of assassins will always overthrow or infiltrate whatever government tries to contain him and put him in a Lazarus pit, you'd have to find a justifiable reason for the U?S government to want or care about literally vaporizing him... and EVEN THEN his descendants and subordinates will take his place as the Head of the demon... I could go on and on about why each villain REALISTICALLY either wouldn't get executed, would only be imprisoned, or would be literally UNCONTAINABLE in the long term, like Clayface or Solomon Grundy. So even if Batman attempted to kill every single one of his villains, Deathstroke is literally rivaling him in combat prowess, and Solomon Grundy is a straight up Superman contending villain multiple times, so Batman having no qualms about killing wouldn't even do much for the story, there's also the fact that Joker being killed would canonically lead to the Batman who laughs... who literally ended up murdering the entire bat family and putting the ENTIRE DC MULTIVERSE as risk, to the point it took Mobius Chair Wally (The Fastest character in fiction)The Justice league and plenty of DC's hardest hitters to take down the Darkest Knight... So tell me.. HOW does Batman killing all his villains benefit him in any way... it results in him abandoning most of his morals entirely... it falsely presumes that ALL of Batman's villains deserve execution, (which is stupid, considering the nuance in Mr. Freeze, Grundy, Man-bat, White Bunny and plenty of other's stories. On TOP of the aforementioned DIMENSIONAL catastrophe that could result just off of Batman killing joker alone... So this video missed EVERY mark imaginable, you have to prove that EVERY Batman villain EVER is deserving of execution and is impossible to rehabilitate... you have to demonstrate why this somehow wouldn't contradict Batman's moral groundings... and then you have to demonstrate why Batman's villains either wouldn't be brought back to life, instantly replaced, or Near impossible to kill by traditional means already. The first argument I'll be scrutinising is the claim that Dunchenman is a diddy because of his apparent endorsement of Sproketan. Proponents of this type of argument argue that Sproketan was a variant made by diddybluds and that only diddybluds use it. Therefore, Dunchenman is a diddy. Not so fast. Sproketan has different iterations; one with brown hair which is supposed to be underaged, and the other with black hair that is 18/18+. This alone would confuse a lot of people who might not know this and would've confused these two. So this is a weak argument from the start. But that's not all. Sproketan and the infamous "Soylita" are much different in terms of scope and intent. Soylita contains the "lita" suffix. "Lita" is derived from "Lolita", a controversial 1955 novel written by Vladimir Nabokov. I won't explain the plot in its entirety, but will just mention it has diddyphilic undertones. So it's reasonable why "Lita" (read: Soylita) would be raising eyebrows. But then we check Sproketan, and it doesn't contain the suffix. It does contain the Japanese honorific "tan", but "tan" is used for 1. Children, and (got you in the first half amirite?) 2. "Moe anthropomorphism". The 2nd usage is generally for characters that are cute. So these characters don't need to be children to fit the criteria for "tan". Therefore, Soy-lita and Sproke-tan have a vast difference between them, as the suffix is for children while the honorific is for generally cute things (respectively). This makes this argument weak, and this was actually one of the primary arguments against Dunchenman. This argument tho is not dishonest, rather misinformed. That, can't be said for the other arguments.

Ascence ugly person & Curryminha gate

The 2nd argument(s) on the table. I'll tackle the Curryminha argument first as it's almost as potent as the Sproketan argument. I would have to concede one point, and that is that, unlike with Soylita, Kuruminha is undoubtedly a diddy meme (or at the very least a priori commits us to that view due to Kuruminha being derived from Curumim, which translates to 'young boy' or just 'child'). There is no question about the genealogy of Kuruminha, but even then, it's not clear why this would make Dunchenman a diddy. Kuruminha, despite its meaning, isn't just a term used for children. Kuruminha on the internet would just refer to indigenous women with (often) erotic proportions. This means that Kuruminha, as in the brown Brapzilian foid with bad makeup and long dark hair, can be connected to adults too. If I were to do a bit of speculation, Dunchenman knows of Kuruminha and what it literally means, but is also aware of the more general "Kuruminha" where its just an indigenous woman in an often erotic context. So he would disregard the inclusion of her, maybe even being a little embarrassed by it, who knows. Its likely Dunchenman would only call the image a gem because it has brazil in it (even tho they're brown, which could signify how even when Brazil is brown it is still a gem.) So just to be clear, there are a lot of ways to interpret the post he commented on. That discredits the argument.
And the trans part of the argument is just laughable. Transphobia is a thing, so no, trans people aren't inherently degens. But even then there is no proof that Dunchenman wasn't just mockingly calling ugly personscence pretty. Besides, one thing about anime ugly persons is that they are indistinguishable from regular women. You can draw a girl and retcon it later by saying it's a man. So finding anime traps "cute" doesn't mean you're a flamboyant person. This argument seems like typical booru insults (and it should've stayed that way) because there is no way this would be used as some kind of gotcha.

This is a very dishonest argument. Even nophono_cares (who's such a wimpy chad he can't even post this logged in), who found the post and touted it as proof, conceded that it was not shota. I would've talked about this argument more, but when its own creator admits it's faulty, there's not much to say there. While I'm editing this, nophono_cares is frantically searching for "evidence" (read: anything he can remotely whine about) in Ducnhenman's fav/liked posts. Like an AntiVaxxer dumpster-diving in VAERS trying to prove they are harmful (Andrew Wakefield lost btw. RFK jr will lose btw).
