This 'toss comes from the same thread talking about that one pooner who created the raisinty NAS truneslop "UnfunnyCreatures" which got featured a while ago, in the thread someone also discovered that xhe unsurprisingly also had a neocities page, in which xhe talmbout RNCA, one of which was a dream xhe had about a 'bortion-themed rollercoaster or something along those fries, someone joked about how xhe was being targeted by WEF psyop-beaming satellites, and so this ID was born.
