toniylijani: i have a feeling boot is prolly just quote or some other admins excuse to ban a bunch of people, then pin it on "boot" or some other madeup boogeyman

I.e he's experimenting with banning certain people, seeing if it improves the board and if it does, he will keep them banned, if not he will demote boot (made up admin) and unban the people
