That term itself is derogatory and meant to dehumanize people, and I don't think that kind of language belongs in any serious conversation. If we want to talk about gender identity or biology, we can do that respectfully and honestly, without resorting to slurs or mocking language.
That said, I do believe in the reality of biological sex-male and female. It's fundamental, it's rooted in nature, and it affects everything from reproduction to physical development. At the same time, I recognize that people experience their identities in different ways. Some individuals genuinely feel a deep disconnect between their biological sex and how they see themselves. While I may not share that experience or fully understand it from the inside, I think it's important to treat people with basic decency regardless of how they identify.
Calling someone a "ugly person" isn't just rude-it shuts down meaningful dialogue. It says, "You're not worth listening to," and I don't think that's fair or productive. You can disagree with someone's choices or worldview without reducing them to a slur. There's a big difference between holding to your beliefs and just being cruel.
