1 minutes and 30~ seconds into Temptation Stairway, we see ENA's yellow side split from her blue side. This is the only time we see canon gore of this character, so we know for a FACT that ENA's blood has an appearance identical to that of white noise, which when averaged out is Grey. Every time ENA is shown across the entire series, her torso is shown to be NOT split down the middle unlike her face and arms, it is only Blue.

Working with this, we can come to a conclusion. Atleast with White humans, the color of one's orifices is a mixture between their skin color and the color of their blood. Light Beige + Red = Pink. Thus, the color of ENA's pussy would be a pastel/desaturated blue. (And that's assuming she has one which she likely doesn't considering she doesn't have a real mouth, that raisin is 2 DIMENSIONAL)
