first you have to make the model, draw each part you want to move as its own layer. also making a layer for example above the iris so you wont see it poking through ect... the program i use is live2D, you make key frames and add physics (like how i made her eyelashes and eyes bouncy). im still learning so this is mostly practice for mehow do you make this?
