Relax, I know what I'm doing. You shouldn't fast while lifting unless you're cutting though. Fasting is good for cellular repair and I wanna do it to drop my imflammation markers alotRelax, I know what I'm doing. You shouldn't fast while lifting unless you're cutting though. At best you'll maintain muscle.
Its healthy if you account of all your dietary needs (minus macronutrients)

Some guy did fast for several months under medical supervision and he was fine, he had to supplement everything tho
