Exposed a grooming ring, arrested for it

A couple of months ago a mexican right-wing influencer uploaded a documentary where he exposed a transgender child grooming ring in Colombia on his yt channel.
Said documentary has gained around 3.8 million views.
He got sued by a hospital he mentioned to take down his video, which he refused.
A couple of days ago he went to Colombia to make a talk with another conservaphono, but he got arrested at the airport.
He is now facing at least 10 days at prison and a 15 minimum wages fine.
