It's not white and it mostly is not part of the political bloc that most white countries are in, but I would say it is geographically and culturally Western, in being in the Western hemisphere and being Western Christian. I make a distinction between white and Western.

it is culturally relevant enough its be its own cultural sphere, but I would say no because its quite distinct compared to European culture and is quite diverse racialy

I hate the Modern term of 'The West' when "The White World" is right there. People keep on lumping in South Korea, Israel and Japan with whites just because they are developed. And Mexico as well as the Latin Americans are DEFINITELY not Developed yet are more culturally connected to the White World despite not being a part of it.
