I've noticed most pro immigration and pro LGBTQ+ people ignore the reality of what they believe in and constantly delude themselves into thinking they are morally righteous.
Most debate channels are right wing, you never see leftist debate channels gaining popularity because discussing politics is not something leftists do. It's always '1 ordinary white guy vs 20 depressed trannies argue with bridge is the best to jump off' or something. It's never 'watch this tranny BTFO 20 retarded right wingers' because this doesn't happen.
So then why is being a leftist so popular? What causes this?

The reason why we are seeing a resurgence of leftism has to do with the failures of right wing governments (even if they are just liberals that took a few steps back). For example all this talk of "pulling yourself by your bootstraps" just alienates more people, who lost their jobs to layoffs.
