One monkey (let's call him Tyrone) decided to go to the Banana
>Tyron climbed the ladder
>As Tyron reached the Banana
Suddenly cold water began pouring over the other four Chimps.
>The Chimps realized that touching Banana=cold water
So they beat up Tyron
>Tyrone learned his lesson, and never tried to reach the Banana again
And so the rest of the chimps, the Banana sat there and non of them tried to touch it because each time one of them go to it, the rest get punished for it so they beat up anyone try to reach the Banana, remember, Banana=cold water
>Take one of the chimps and put a new one in his place
Let's call him Davis.
>Davis saw the Banana and decided to for it
>The moment Davies touched the ladder
All monkeys (including Tyron) beat him up even before the cold water start pouring on them
>Davis never reached the Banana nor he tired it again
He didn't see no cold water, he didn't understand why but he understand that touching Banana=getting a beaten up and he never tried it again
>Remove a chimp and replace it with another one
Let's call him Jerome
>The moment Jerome try to reach the Banana
All Chimps beat him up, (Including Davis who get beaten up without seeing the cold water)
>Now Jerome never tried to go for the Banana again
>Take out a Chimp and replace it with new one
And the same will happen
>If you repeats this over and over
Eventually you'll end up with 5 Chimps
Non of them will touch the Banana or even dare to near the ladder, despite the fact non of them even saw the cold water, they just know that Banana=getting a beat up.
It became part of their culture
And if put 1 chimp at a time and repeated this enough times then release the Chimps into the wild, they'll spread this culture and the law that ladder=getting beaten up

This is an orphaned experience on how collective punishment can be used to force low IQ people into acting like humans.
And I can guarantee you that collective punishment will work with sub-humans, in fact it's the only thing that will work indeed.
Low IQ people have a herd mentality Thus they only understand a herd punishment, this happened in me country all the time, and funny enough it was the only punishment that worked.
