Very interesting idea, maybe if the USSR gets formed then the two ally and have greater cooperation? in Europe I see something like a German victory scenario with a unified UK + Ireland, so either Britain is a puppet or ally of Germany. Iberia too is unified, Greenland and Iceland are possessions of Nazi Germany, alongside some of Canadas coast. This makes me think that this is some sort of Total victory for Germany, not the whole Axis. I see much of the world is fit in "neat" borders, a topic Hitler was fond of, alongside the Reichkommissariats of Ukraine, Ostland, and the planned borders for Moscovien / Russland, I believe this to be a global order of Reichkommissariats.

It's more of a backdrop for an ethnolinguistic project I've been working on for some months so idc much for the realism of it, but TL;DR Goring, Himmler or Goebbels succeeds Hitler and there is a series of conflicts in the 60s-80s that lead to global German hegemony, with German being the official lingua franca, but with autonomy/assimilation of regions deemed Aryan like Europe, Iran and North America. After decades the world is assimilated with the colours showing the respective regions (kinda like UN charters), with the exception of Subsaharan Africa north of SA that's split into 4-5 Reichskommissariats used as massive nature conservations and labour units.
All to say, an excuse to go schizo with germanising names globally. Here are a few examples (reichsgaue, capital of which and settlements):

POD is the Brits being less competent basically, with the Yugoslav coup being a failure and Metaxas agreeing to the peace treaty with Italy that was tanked by Canaris, with a chunk of the British fleet also getting stranded in the Med after a Spanish invasion of Gibraltar.
