People have separated from each other for economic reasons
And this is the key where these nations failed, cultural and blood ties do not feed a person.
This is why the German Austrians didn't think of being part of the German empire till they start to get erased.

This is why when the soviet union break not a single nation tried to form a Turkic union, they formed a council but not a single republic.

Is that the only way a pan-anything can work is with economic structure, huge money is the only thing will insure it creation and working on the long term.
