1. Rothbard believed children of any age deserved full self-ownership if they ran away from home (this includes the right to self-employment).
"For the child has his full rights of self-ownership when he demonstrates that he has them in nature — in short, when he leaves or “runs away” from home. Regardless of his age, we must grant to every child the absolute right to run away and to find new foster parents who will voluntarily adopt him, or to try to exist on his own. Parents may try to persuade the runaway child to return, but it is totally impermissible enslavement and an aggression upon his right of self-ownership for them to use force to compel him to return. The absolute right to run away is the child’s ultimate expression of his right of self-ownership, regardless of age." 1
2. Rothbard opposed child labor laws, in general.
"Supposedly “humanitarian” child labor laws have systematically forcibly prevented children from entering the labor force, thereby privileging their adult competitors." 2
3. Rothbard believed prostitution was voluntary labor no different from any other, which the government had no right to restrict.
"If labor and persons in general are to be free, then so should there be freedom for prostitution. Prostitution is a voluntary sale of a labor service, and the government has no right to prohibit or restrict such sales" 3
If (according to Rothbard) prostitution is work like any other, and (according to Rothbard) children have the natural right to full self-ownership and employment, this logically implies that Rothbard supported legalization of child prostitution and child pornography.

The whole paragragh about a kid running away from home is made there to demonstrate that they if they can choose to run away, then that is their choice, and you cannot send out rabbid dogs to find them or beat them- or in anyway force them to live with you or be subservient to you. “For the child has his full rights of self-ownership when he demonstrates that he has them in nature — in short, when he leaves or ‘runs away’ from home.” “The absolute right to run away is the child’s ultimate expression of his right of self-ownership, regardless of age.”
The main premise that lies under this is not the "ethic of running away" or "all kids who can run away can do other things too!"
Rothbards theory of rights for the child is that
they have self ownership. “The child possesses the potential for self-ownership.”
But they cant express their will in regards to certain actions, since they physically cant understand what is going on. they cannot select between options because they do not know what the options are. To say they would; that would be akin to asking a dog whether it wants bones or food-- it doesn't understand what you are saying, any "choice" is not done of its own volition because it doesn't have any. And in respect to children, it is the same, where a child cannot choose to do certain things, since they do not have the ability to.
A legal child (which is what Rothbard refers to) is someone who cannot express any form of "yes or no" or any form of consent in any matter, due to a lack of knowledge of the subject- both the action and the ramification and what it implies.
A child is too immature to consent to any form of contractual dealings of a complex enough level,
Neither can they perform any sort of sexual activity.
This is the fundamentals of Rothbards rights of children. It lays out the legal case for how child abuse is legally bad, how children cannot consent to certain actions due to mental immaturity. This can be taken, even from a cursory reading of the text-- either you used some sort of ai agent to go "hey look for muh hecking peee doough" or you are sub 100 IQ, or otherwise have a poor psycho-epistemology.
On the point of "child labour" legislation (it is not law), it is shown in a rather simple manor. “Supposedly ‘humanitarian’ child labor laws have systematically forcibly prevented children from entering the labor force, thereby privileging their adult competitors.”
1, take into account the rights of children (outlined above)
2, If a child is developed to do something (they understand it) then they can
^a child can feed themselves, clothe themselves, cook by themselves, and fundamentally act as their own agent, assuming that they are of the correct maturity to do so
3, therfore, children can perform tasks
^you see this in the form of doing chores, cleaning and basic maintenance of family household products.
4, meaning that if someone wants to pay them to do a task they can do- they thus have a job.
^having a job has obvious benefits to the employed, notably money. but also life experience, training and skills development.
current "child labour" legislation is aggressive, and acts against law. it prevents people that otherwise would have done something that they would otherwise do, to the benefit of those it involves.

Your conclusion that as a result of giving children basic human rights will mean that child prostitution is absurd, both argumentatively and morally reprehensible. Not only is it not the conclusions or even implied conclusion of the rights of children, but it is a horribly stupid one.
I recommend you genuinely read the text with educated fervour, but I think that like many Americans, you'd lack that. complete projection.
