hot take but i think child labor should be back

No im not joking, theres a reason why i think about this. I Think child labor isnt illigal in SOME cases, there should be some rules based around it,
1. Kids should work in a safe and healthy enviornment, ex: janitor, night guard, waiter (if they are not carrying hot stuff), etc.
2. they should be paid, if they are not paid, its illigal.
3. They should be protected by other experienced workers at ALL times.
4. They should be OUT of cautious parts of work.
5. They should have part time, not 6-12 hours.
