Now obviously this is a sub-human treat, but to deal with sub-humans you have to use sub-humans methods, and this work because it come from 2 facts:
>Low IQ people live in a heard mentality
And can only understand a herd punishment.
>Low IQ people are aggressive when not threaten, extremely sub-missive when threaten
Now you have to understand that a lot of horrible treats comes by blood not environment.
>Pedophilia and rape runs in families
So the chances for the cousins of a Pedo/rapist to be Pedos/rapist as well are higher than 50%.
>IQ is inherited by blood
So nothing of value will be lost.

Let's analyze this in something that happened recently.
>You don't hear about rape in New Zealand after 2022
One of the reasons Is that the New Zealand government is hiding news, yes I know.
but the bigger reason has to do with something an Australian guy did in New Zealand, they can't be themselves because they know they are in danger

Whether it's in books, television, or simply in their environment

Their brains cannot comprehend the danger to others, they only grasp the danger to themselves or those close to them (but really close).
And when they get collectively punished they'll work their ass to prevent anyone of them to fuck up, that's the only way to police them.
